The most valuable asset a florist (like most businesses which depend on repeat trade) has is their repeat custom (often referred to as "goodwill") - keeping in touch with your customers must be an active part of your business strategy - because if you do not someone else will be.
Key to success is securing those repeat orders from satisfied clients but do not leave that to chance. If they have to resort to looking in a telephone directory to find your number / or the Internet chances are they will see all your competitors offerings and maybe not even yours. Once I travelled around the Midlands demonstrating the software and to make it viable it was priced at £945 + vat - in the days before broadband was universally available. With Broadband available across most of the UK and feedback from customers I have made the software available as a download and reduced the price from £945 to £500 and better still it is for then next 21 days available at a special sale price further reduced to from £587.50 to £355.00 including VAT and as most florists can reclaim vat then you will only pay £302.13!
1 - Florists Database
£302.13 + vat £52.87 = £355
If you want to get started quickly then you can pay via PayPal - owned by eBay and one of the most used payment systems in the world.
Pay via PayPal using the secure on line connection - once your payment has been verified by Miraquel - you will receive a link from where you can download the software
2 - Florists Database copy on disk mailed to your address
£314.90 + vat £55.10 = £370
If you have not got Broadband then choose this option and will receive the software on a CD mailed to your address.

3 - Website (5 pages)
£500 +vat £87.50 = £587.50

Need a website then Miraquel can help our price includes: -
- Registering a .co.uk name on your behalf.
- Web hosting for 12 months.
- 5 email addresses - yourname@yourwebaddress.co.uk - will not work if AOL is your Internet Service Provider (you can still have a website).
- Site designed to be search engine friendly (not all websites are).
- Help with writing copy - you to supply digital pictures for the site.
- Fast download - not everyone has a broadband connection - most people will not wait more than 7 seconds for a site to download
Terms - for a website
25% with order £125 + vat £21.87 = £146.87 -
55% when the site is ready to go live £275 + vat £48.12 = £323.12
balance on 30 days £100 +vat = £17.50 = £117.50
Total £500 + vat £87.50 = £587.50
Site visits are possible please advise of your location.
Second year and subsequent years annual cost £125 + vat which covers hosting and very minor amendments.
If you want a more sophisticated website Miraquel can quote you separately - for example offering buy buttons etc.
4 - Website (5 pages) + Database plus FREE Credit
If you are interested in a website and database but would prefer to spread the cost over 12 months this option is for you:-
£500 + £302.13 = £802.13 + vat £140.37
Grand total £942.50
First Payment £100 + vat = £117.50 followed by a standing order from your bank for the balance of £75 per month x 11 months.
Make your first payment via this website and then set up a standing order for £75 per month for the following 11 months to pay the balance.
Second and subsequent years this reduces to £250 + VAT £43.75 = £293.75
£293.75/12 = £24.28 per month.
In the second year this entitles you to minor updates of your website / hosting / support for the database and membership of the Florists Database Marketing Club where you will receive tips | ideas and template letters to use.
